LUMP REMUNERATION (FIXED)
Preferred by clients with whom we undertake permanent cooperation, consists in setting one unchanging rate at which the law firm performs activities for the client, e.g. preparing letters, legal opinions, contracts.
REMUNERATION FOR ACTIVITY (ONE-TIME)
Determined in advance for the performance of the commissioned activity, e.g. preparation of a contract or legal opinion.
MIXED SALARY
It consists in agreeing with the Customer a specific number of hours as part of a lump sum. In the case of a case in which you have to spend more time, the Customer additionally pays for each started hour of work. This remuneration is usually used in complex cases in which a lump sum and remuneration for additional hours are determined.
HOURLY PAYMENT
Calculated as the product of the hours spent by the law firm on behalf of the Client when performing a given activity.
